If you find a particular bait that works for you, let us know so we can let others know so they can have as much fun as you did catching fish.

At certain times of the year we have mosquitoes. We have found that Avon Skin-So-Soft Bath Oil and Deep Woods Off both work well. Wearing thick socks that can be turned down around your ankles along with Vicks VaporRub helps to keep the black flies at bay. When the sun is out and you’re on the water the insects tend to leave you alone––in the evenings in the wooded or grassy areas you will find the most problems with mosquitoes.

Remember, in Canada you can only fish with one line per person. Also, it is against the law to have alcoholic beverages in your boat. You can be ticketed and fined if you are caught.

If you have any questions regarding any of the regulations please do not hesitate to ask.
